Esp for rc cars

Has anyone seen what spectrum have done to some of their new hand sets they have added AVC™ (Active Vehicle Control™) Technology which works like esp reads steering and throttle inputs into handset and from the car and using a sensor in the receiver like a yaw sensor car keep the car in control

Whats ppl's thoughts on this I think it's really cleaver stuff but in racing not really fair game as it's like hidden gyro
If it's classed as unfair would brca have to have a handset or receiver list now ?

But this isn't plug in its inbuilt into the receiver it's not as easy to police as blinky esc ( just chech the software ) it can be turned on and off at the handset, so really the brca should ban that receiver in my in my option
