Newbie setup assistance please

Postby Porsche959Boy » 27 Apr 2014, 23:00

Hi all,

I finally have my chassis (TC6.1) and running gear for 17.5 but am still experiencing some difficulties... so, would someone mind giving up some time for a 1-2-1 on a Saturday morning at the track so I can get my gremlins sorted before a Sunday meet... I just need some pointers/setup advice with what kit I have etc... no teacher driving required though (but would be useful too!)

I would also like to offer £50 for the trouble.

If you would be interested, please let me know and you can also contact me on 07521 611209.

I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

Cheers,

Brent

The main issues I have are with LiPos (how to charge/discharge) - my charger is also cheap and nasty, and understanding the pigeon English instructions is nearly impossible. I have 2 batteries that are used, so getting them charged is challenging... basic pit tuning (droop/camber settings)... tyre choices (have a few sets available)... and countless other questions!

The earliest Saturday I can make is 10th May.

Many thanks.
