I run 0 also or just very little which with no foam will let shafts push out very slowly to about 30%. But the shaft will move out so slowly it is pretty much 0. However you will hear a lot of people run rebound (with foam)around amcc for bumps. And usually gives more grip. I find 0 for me works best. Very different options you will hear. Hope I have confused you :-;

I always run 100% rebound outside as I like the car to react quickly! 0% sian indoors thing for me

hi matt,does it not make the car jump over the bumps with 100% rebound,due to the lack of rebound damping?
how/why does it make the car react faster?
