Yo yo. Everyone I have put a proposal into the AGM this year to get some
12th scale racing at Aldershot. So if you want some exciting, fast, close 12th racing
At Aldershot lets get behind it and push it through.

Thankyou

I'd be up for some F1 racing 17.5 blinky with some sort of control on tyres.

How about that.

a car designed for 3mm ride height and carpet wont last long at aldershot,i tried my old 12th and it was hard work,f1 is a viable solution but lacks interest,i still have my x1 15 so if enough interest i could brush off the dust and help boost numbers,G how come you havn't been down for a while?

Bet there would be extra rent for room ,even second hand carpet isn't cheap, then u need all the timing gear moved every week or new timing gear and shore that's 2-3000 at lease, then u need stuff to to mark out the track

Think it be to expensive also is the space large enough for track and pits

Nice idea but think it cost the club too much

Just gotten too expensive for me hour there hour back doesn't go down well with the wife. £12 for diesel £8 to race plus tyres food bits all adds up and the kids aren't cheap.

I did say I would go buggy racing at TORCH half hour away half day three Sundays a Month full day once a Month got myself an old Losi 22 went three times and haven't been back since - you need a new set of yellow rears every week.

I would run the bike at AMCC once a month with the other boys but again travel £12 to race BRCA membership for a few meetings a year,.

Just need a better job with mucho more money then I might have another go.

I did get a GT12 did Newbury once enjoyed it but haven't made it back since - again tyres tyres tyres.

Sounds like a nice idea if you build it they will come but they wont help you pack up.

Ask Andy Careless @ Bisley.

We use to race at Wickham village hall on a Thursday but it takes time to setup time to put away you need a loyal team.

But saying that the running the Mardave's back then four cell silver motors no additive it's was the most fun you can have with your clothes on that didn't require a course of antibiotics afterwards.

GT12 is great don't get me wrong but the additive just makes it a faff (old English word for complicated task requiring too much precision after a days work / liquid refreshment).

Isn't there a club Alton Medstead way ask Scott Adderson - combine your resources.

Just me thoughts on a Monday.
